Hydroxypropyl Methyl Cellulose (HPMC) is odorless, tasteless,non-toxic cellulose ethers produce from natural high molecular cellulose through series of chemical processing and achieved.It is white powder with good water solubility. It has thickening, adhesion ,dispersing, emulsifying, film, suspended, adsorption, gel,and protective colloid properties of surface activity and maintain moisture function properties ect.

The product is soluble in water and organic solvents, exhibiting thickening, water binding, thermal gelation, surface activity, film formation, surface activity, enzyme resistance, pH-stability, non-ionic, and non-caloric characteristics.

It is widely used as a thickener, stabilizer and water retaining agent for building materials. It provide water retention and workability for mortars, also improve adhesion,reduce skinning and increase open time.

1, cement mortar: improve the dispersion of cement sand, greatly improve the plasticity and water retention of the mortar, to prevent cracks, and enhance the strength of cement.

2, ceramic tile cement: improve the plasticity, water retention of ceramic tiles, improve the glue relay of ceramic tiles, and prevent powder from being powdered.

3, asbestos and other refractories coated: as a suspension agent, liquidity improvement agent, but also enhance the adhesive force on the substrate.

4, gypsum coagulation slurry: improve water retention and processability, improve the adhesive force on the substrate.

5, joint cement: added to the joint cement used in plasterboard to improve fluidity and water retention.

6, latex putty: improve the fluidity and water retention of resin based putty.

7, plaster: as a substitute for natural paste, it can improve water retention and enhance the adhesive force on the base.
