Skim coat (also named by Wall Putty) is a decorative and functional trowelling plaster material for interior or external wall construction. It’s function is to remove uneven defects on the surface of the base materials of wall, and eliminate the stress between different coating layers.

HEMC/MHEC offers the following advantages to Wall Putty/Skim Coat:
● Good water retention will make sure all the additives reach the best performance in the product formulation.
● Good workability to increase the efficiency.
● HEMC/MHEC could provide a good filming property on the surface of the wall putty, could reduce the water absorption of the base wall. Reduce the risk of cracking.
● Good say-resistance property by providing a good viscosity of the wet mortar.
